Biography
I’ve moved more times than most people sell homes.
Five corporate relocations. Multiple local moves. Over 20 real estate transactions spanning every stage of homeownership — the first nervous purchase, the stepping-up years, the relocation scramble, and the rightsizing chapter I’m living right now in Cottleville.
I know this journey from the inside. Not from a training manual.
Before real estate, I spent 20+ years in the C-Suite — first in communications and technology, then leading two organizations dedicated to coordinating care for seniors and veterans navigating some of the most complex decisions of their lives. Those roles taught me what it actually means to be a trusted guide: ask the right questions, listen more than you talk, and never lose sight of what’s actually at stake for the person in front of you.
As a REALTOR® SRES® ABR®, I bring that same approach to every client I serve. The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation is held by fewer than 1% of REALTORS® nationally. The Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation means I’m credentialed on the buyer side of the rightsizing equation as well. Together they mean you have a trained specialist on both sides of your transition, not a generalist working both.
More recently, I served as executor for my parents’ estate. That experience reinforced something I already believed: the most important thing a REALTOR® can bring to a life transition isn’t market knowledge. It’s a steady hand and genuine understanding of what’s actually happening in someone’s life.
I don’t see a property. I see a home, an investment, and the people at the center of it all.
For the families I serve, this isn’t a transaction. It’s their next chapter.
